Luis Ena Vinués
Lawyer. Founding partner
He began his professional career in 1999, working for a prominent law firm in Barcelona in the area of Commercial Law. He has since developed his career working for major law firms in Zaragoza and Madrid, attaining partnership status in several of them.
In January of 2023 he began the Ena & Asociados project as a founding partner.
His professional development has covered virtually every area of legal advice to companies, specialising in Commercial law and Litigation.
With regard to Commercial Law, he has advised in both M&A and restructuring transactions, providing support from the perspective of the buyer or of the seller, carrying out due diligence reports, negotiating and drafting the relevant contracts, as well as assisting in a wide range of bankruptcy proceedings.
He has extensive experience in Compliance, providing advice to business groups in the creation and management of risk management systems, and actively participating in their supervisory bodies.
In the field of Litigation he has supported the interests of all kinds of clients.

Elena Gracia Villalva
Lawyer.
She began her career in 2015 at Agudín & Arangüena, a multidisciplinary law firm in La Coruña, where she was primarily involved in the Civil and Commercial area. In 2018 she further developed her professional activity in the offices of Ecix Group in Zaragoza.
In January 2023 she joined the project of Ena & Asociados.
Throughout her career she has specialised in providing legal advice in the commercial sector, and has worked extensively litigation, among other areas.

Isabel Casado García-Belenguer
Lawyer.
She began her professional career in an Aragonese firm specialising in Civil Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. In 2006 she joined a law firm specialising in New Technologies where she performed tasks of acquisition and management of clients, as well as the direction and development of privacy projects for private companies and public bodies.
In October 2013 she established her own law firm, consolidating her career in the area of regulatory compliance (privacy and compliance) as well as in other areas of business law, carrying this out for several years in parallel with the position of Privacy Manager at a national law firm specialising in Privacy and Cybersecurity.
In June 2023 she joined the ENA & A project.
She has ample experience as Data Protection Officer, working with both private companies and public bodies, advising these entities on regulatory compliance.
